Let Your Heart Tell You What Nutrition You Need

What Does the HSR Measure?
  1. Your Heart Rate to make sure your nervous system is in balance, with your ability to “rest and digest” being balanced with your ability to “fight or flight.”
  2. Your Heart Rhythm to make sure that your heart is resting TWICE as much as it’s working. Like any muscle, the heart can get overworked.
  3. Your Heart Tone to make sure your heart is strong enough to send blood to the rest of the body.

Remember: The Heart Eats First.

Nutrient deficiencies in the heart will be present everywhere else in the body.

What Are Some Nutrition Issues Identified by the HSR?

  • B-Vitamin deficiency which doesn’t allow the heart to beat efficiently.
  • Adrenal gland exhaustion which is a major reason why people feel tired.
  • Liver strain when you are not digesting carbohydrates properly.
  • Improper calcium use which can affect how effectively your heart beats.

Understanding Your Heart Graph

  • 80% of all heart conditions = valve degeneration
  • 4% = coronary arteries life-threatening

Valve degeneration is not life-threatening BUT it indicates a developing heart condition. How is the HSR different from an EKG? An EKG is a past record of your heart. The HSR is a future predictor of your heart.

  • The 2 symbols on your graph = heart sounds.
  • Blood flow through the heart closes valves = doors slamming shut on a windy day.
  • Slamming doors = heart sounds.

4 signs of a healthy heart:

  1. 1st sound = double the size of the 2nd sound
  2. The 1st sound should begin & end quickly “peaks” are close together
  3. The heart should be completely at rest between sounds (straight line)
  4. 2nd rest period = 2x as long the 1st rest period
  • The HSR is FDA-approved as a “Low-risk general wellness device”
  • The HSR monitors the 4 valves in your heart
  • Valve degeneration - Nutritional deficiency
  • The HSR is a vitamin indicator.

“An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
